2.2 Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Discounts and offers are for a limited period.
2.3 We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without liability.
3. Order & Payment Policy
3.1 We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallet Payments for purchases.
3.2 Orders will be processed only after successful payment. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
3.3 If a payment fails but the amount is deducted from your account, please contact us at help@store.bengalskillacademy.in with proof of payment.
4. Delivery & Access
4.1 Digital Products (PDF Notes, Online Courses)
✅ Digital products will be available for download immediately after successful payment.
✅ If you don’t receive access within 24 hours, contact us at help@store.bengalskillacademy.in.
4.2 Physical Products (If Available)
🚚 Delivery times depend on the shipping method and location.
📌 We are not responsible for courier delays, lost shipments, or incorrect shipping addresses.
📦 If the product is undelivered due to incorrect details, re-shipping charges will apply.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
5.1 Digital Products (PDF Notes, Online Courses)
❌ No refunds or cancellations are allowed for digital downloads as they cannot be returned.
🛠️ If there’s an issue (corrupted file, wrong product, access problem), contact us within 24 hours, and we will resolve it.
5.2 Physical Products (If Available)
✅ Refunds/replacements are only available for damaged or incorrect products received.
📩 Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 All content, including study materials, PDFs, video courses, and website content, is the intellectual property of Bengal Skill Academy.
6.2 Customers cannot share, resell, copy, or distribute any purchased materials. Legal action will be taken against copyright infringement.
7. User Accounts & Responsibilities
7.1 Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials.
7.2 Sharing purchased products with others or attempting unauthorized access will result in account suspension.
7.3 We reserve the right to cancel any order or suspend an account if fraudulent activity is suspected.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Bengal Skill Academy is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages caused due to the use or inability to use our products.
8.2 Exam success depends on individual effort, and we do not guarantee results.
8.3 In case of website downtime, technical issues, or delays, we will work to resolve them but are not liable for losses due to such issues.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
9.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
9.2 Any disputes must be resolved first through customer support. If unresolved, it will be settled under the jurisdiction of West Bengal courts.
